Phillip Wassner is the Founder of WCG, where he provides security consulting and investigative services to schools, businesses, churches, tribal governments, and public agencies. He brings extensive law enforcement investigative experience and a strong academic foundation in criminal justice to his consulting practice.

Phillip holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and has built a reputation for conducting thorough, ethical, and detail-oriented assessments and investigations. Throughout his law enforcement career, he has investigated a wide range of criminal incidents and complex cases requiring careful evidence evaluation, witness interviews, detailed documentation, and coordination with prosecutors, attorneys, and other agencies.

Drawing on this experience, Phillip now assists organizations in identifying security vulnerabilities, improving safety procedures, and strengthening emergency preparedness. 

His work includes facility security assessments, policy and procedure review, and advisory services designed to help organizations reduce risk and protect their staff, visitors, and operations.

Angela Beusan serves as an Investigative Assistant and Operations Support Specialist with WCG Investigations & Consulting, where she provides administrative, operational, and project support throughout the consulting and investigative process. 

She assists with case preparation, records review, documentation management, and coordination of project materials to help ensure assessments and investigations are conducted efficiently and thoroughly.

Angela brings valuable experience from her background in business operations and the construction industry. Her familiarity with project coordination, contracts, business documentation, and operational workflows provides additional insight when supporting projects involving commercial operations, workplace matters, and facility-related concerns.

In her role, Angela helps organize case and project materials, assists with records analysis, and ensures documentation is properly maintained from initial intake through final reporting. Her strong organizational abilities and attention to detail support the firm’s commitment to professional, well-documented consulting and investigative services.
